Happy 4th of July... all the way from Germany! The local grocery store decided to add an "American" section - guess they DO celebrate our Independence day :)


(what the Germans consider American essential - marshmallows, Swiss Miss, regular mustard, bbq sauce, mayo, hot sauce, regular ketchup, Crisco, and cheeze whiz!)

We are celebrating with a tradition July 4th barbeque with both our German AND American friends - brats, bier, salat, und gemuse.
